**There is an influx of new clients since the pandemic, so if we are unable to accommodate your immediate needs, we will let you know ASAP in order to continue to seek a licensed professional who can assist you sooner.
We accept many major insurance carriers. Contact us to find out if we accept your insurance plan.If we do not, we will be happy to help bill your out of network benefits or direct you to a provider in your network.
You can expect to receive individualized care in which our professional therapists will listen to your needs and apply therapeutic paradigms for your personal situation. Additionally, an individualized treatment plan will be prepared for you with your input to help you to accomplish your goals for therapy.
Every situation is different. Call into our office and let one of our knowledgeable therapists assess to determine which route is best for your needs. In some cases, clients opt for individual or family therapy as well as attend one of our many groups that are continuously being developed.
**Groups were halted during the pandemic, but in the near future will be restructured again to accommodate the new Covid guidelines to do so. Stay Tuned.
We do not fix your problems. We help you to learn to navigate your life in order to learn to live your best life. Although we want everyone to pick up the pieces of his or her life, we cannot want the best outcome more than you. This is your journey and you have to be willing to put the effort in to achieve the results that you deserve. Change starts with you.
In our present location, we do not at this time. However, if there is a need, we will be happy to provide a referral to an M.D. or psychiatrist.
We are governed by the ACA Code of Ethics in which we have to adhere to confidentiality and privacy practices. We provide full disclosure of these privacy practices within our physical location as well as in our information packet that will be emailed to you if/when we schedule you for an appointment, which contains our informed consent outlaying these protocols. There are a few instances in which confidentiality must be breached and they include: intent of self -harm, intent of harm to others, and reported abuse of children or elderly. Again, detailed information will be provided in the disclosure packet/informed consent.
We offer self-pay options and will bill you according to the service that you choose. In the event that we are not providers of your insurance company, we can issue you a SuperBill to provide to your insurance company for out of network providers. Additionally, If we are unable to assist you because it is out of our scope of training, we will strive to find you a referral within the proximity that may accept your insurance.
